these Products should be designated by their DirectX feature level, since that's what actually matters. Why are Products advertised with a DirectX level which does not match what they can actually run? don't ask me, i think it's dumb too. It looks like the oldest possible consumer GPU's that had a feature level support of 11_0, were from 2011, 2 years later than when the GTX260M was officially released.
What i expect though, is that Warframe cannot and needs feature level 11_0. meaning that it can function on DirectX 11, but only if the game does not actually use any of the DirectX 11 specific features.įor a while Warframe was able to operate at a feature level of 10_0, however i don't know for certain if it currently still does. The GTX260M, has a DirectX support rating of 11.1, however at a feature level of 10_0.
